FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Consortium Enrollment
For an annual administrative fee of $229.00 plus $47.00 per driver, your company will be enrolled in the WFQA DOT-compliant Consortium. Once enrolled, there are no additional fees for drug and alcohol tests from WFQA, the lab, or clinics when Random testing is conducted at an eCCF-capable clinic. (An additional fee may apply if your employee is tested at a clinic that does not support eCCF.) Additional testing options, such as Pre-employment, are available at thousands of locations for as low as $73. Please ask the program administrator for more details.
