OPEN POSITIONS

National Sales Executive
Location: This is a Remote based, Salary exempt position.
Salary 100-120k DOE
The Opportunity
Compliance Ally Leader WorkforceQA is seeking a dynamic and sales-driven National Sales Executive to join our sales team.  The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling background services, with a focus on consultative and relationship-based selling techniques. You will be responsible for prospecting and developing leads, conducting discovery interviews, coordinating demonstration interviews, and closing deals while being assisted by the executive team which includes multiple subject matter experts. Travel will consist of trade shows, client and prospect visits and will be approximately 45 days per year, usually in 3–4-day trips.
Key Responsibilities:
   • Prospect and develop new leads within regulated and safety-sensitive industries.
   • Conduct discovery interviews to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
   • Coordinate and present during demonstration interviews to showcase our services.
   • Close deals to meet or exceed annual revenue targets of at least $500,000.
   • Maintain a 5-minute response time to inbound leads to ensure excellent client engagement.
   • Track sales activities and metrics to evaluate performance and strategize improvements.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in background services.
  • Experience selling drug and alcohol testing services is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in consultative and relationship selling techniques, along with outbound  selling experience.
  • Familiarity with Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar CRM software is a plus.
  • Strong commitment to ethical sales practices and client service.
