OPEN POSITIONS

Account Executive
Location: This is a Salt Lake City based (preferred), Salary exempt position.
The Opportunity
Compliance leader WorkForceQA is seeking a dynamic and driven Account Executive to join our sales team.  The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding quota in a structured sales organization. The candidate will demonstrate critical thinking skills, creativity, and persistence.  You will be responsible for prospecting and developing leads, conducting discoveries, demonstrations, objective handling, and closing new business.  Travel will be required and consist of trade shows and prospect visits, approximately 35-45 days per year, usually 3-4 day trips.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively prospect to build a consistent pipeline
  • Swiftly <5min follow-up with inbound leads generated by marketing
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Conduct product demos to showcase our services.
  • Close deals to exceed annual revenue targets
  • Input all leads and activities in CRM (HubSpot)
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience.
  • Experience selling background services, ATS, and HRIS services preferred.
  • Experience selling drug and alcohol testing services is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in a proven sales philosophy.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM software.
  • Strong commitment to ethical sales practices and client service.

Vendor Management Specialist Team Lead
Work Location: Remote
Employee screening provider WorkforceQA (WFQA) seeks a Vendor Management Specialist Team Lead to join our team in the Vendor Management and Enterprise Contracting Department.  We are seeking someone who is a leader, is self-motivated, has strong attention to detail, and who is enthusiastic to work in a customer-centric environment. This person will communicate effectively and professionally with both internal and external colleagues via written and verbal communication.
The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end vendor lifecycle for medical service providers, suppliers, or third-party vendors. This role ensures that vendor relationships are optimized, compliant with regulations, and aligned with organizational objectives. The supervisory position involves contract negotiation, performance evaluation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality and cost-effective services.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Contract Negotiation & Management
    • Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts with medical vendors including service providers, laboratories, and consultants.
    • Ensure contracts meet legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements.
    • Supervise the data entry of all contracts into Company systems and monitor for expirations and renewals.
  • Vendor Lifecycle Oversight
    • Identify and onboard new vendors aligned with clinical and operational needs.
    • Monitor vendor performance through KPIs, SLAs, and quality metrics.
    • Facilitate regular vendor reviews and performance assessments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work with legal, compliance, finance, operations, and vendor management teams to align vendor selection and contracting strategies.
    • Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve issues and optimize service delivery.
  • Risk & Compliance Management
    • Ensure vendors comply with HIPAA, FMCSA, DOT, SAMHSA, FDA, or other relevant healthcare or other applicable regulations.
    • Conduct due diligence, background checks, and risk assessments.
  • Cost Control & Strategic Sourcing
    • Analyze vendor spending, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support strategic sourcing initiatives.
    • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and contract financial reviews.
Job Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in healthcare contracting, provider/vendor management, or network operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role within a TPA or similar healthcare organization.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • In-depth understanding of healthcare contracting, network development, and regulatory compliance.
    • Proficiency in contract management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
    • Effective Planning and Organizational Skills, and ability to be flexible in a rapidly changing environment.
    • Ability to analyze problems, develop a path toward problem solving, and continue the process to completion.
    • Ability to listen to feedback and self-correct/adjust, as necessary.
    • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Certifications:
  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Management (CPHM)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent a plus
