The Opportunity
Compliance Ally Leader WorkForceQA seeks a professional, talented, and energetic Accounting Specialist with Collections, Customer Service and Accounts Receivable experience to join our finance team. This position will own and be responsible for the collection of the customer’s past due balances.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Monitor and review customer outstanding balances and facilitate collection by communicating with customers.
  • Make outgoing collection calls/emails on overdue accounts.
  • Research and resolve billing issues.
  • Prepare and send out regular statements, past due notices, etc.
  • Work with Controller on accounts needing to be written off to bad debt.
  • Coordinate with billing team and the senior finance manager.
  • Prepare reports on non-compliance, receivables, and notes.
  • Assist with processing customer payments.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as necessary, and any other duties as assigned.
  • Other accounting functions or special projects, including audits, and reconciliations, as needed.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 1-2 years prior experience with a focus in Collections, and/or Accounts Receivable.
  • Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and expertise in Microsoft Excel
  • Preferred experience with accounting software, including QuickBooks or other Financial Software
  • Possesses accounting and math skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
  • Solid organizational and analytical skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills; Positive and friendly attitude
  • Quick learner and self-starter
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Employee screening provider WorkforceQA (WFQA) seeks a Strategic Analyst in our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Department to assist our team and customers in keeping the vendor networks up to date and decreasing our Cost of Goods Sold (COGS). We are seeking someone who is self-motivated, has strong customer service with strong attention to detail, and who is enthusiastic to work in a customer-centric environment. The Strategic Analyst will communicate effectively and professionally with vendors via written and verbal communication.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Update nationwide vendor networks twice a week.
  • Work to automate all processes within Vendor management.
  • Assist with monthly reporting and yearly budgeting.
  • Analyze vendor make up and pricing to improve COGS.
  • Negotiate better pricing with vendor network.
  • Assist with customer pricing analysis.
  • Meeting clear set ongoing goals
  • Perform other duties and related functions as needed or assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience working in an office environment.
  • Business college degree preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Strong knowledge and use of computer programs (outlook, excel, word, etc.)
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
  • Positive and friendly attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
