The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) published proposed changes to the Mandatory Guidelines for Federal Workplace Drug Testing Programs using Oral Fluid (OFMG) and Urine (UrMG). These Guidelines apply to 1.5 million federal employees in safety-sensitive or security-critical positions.
