For an annual administrative fee of $229.00 plus $47.00 per employee, your company will be enrolled in the WFQA DOT-compliant Consortium. Once enrolled, there are no additional fees for drug and alcohol tests from WFQA, the lab, or clinics when Random testing is conducted at an eCCF-capable clinic. This is a significant advantage over programs that charge per test. Additional testing options, such as Pre-employment, are available at thousands of locations for as low as $73.
