WorkforceQA’s Marc Bourne Appointed to 2025-26 Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA) Board of Directors

WorkforceQA (WFQA) is proud to announce that Marc Bourne, Vice President of Background Screening, Training and Compliance Services, has been elected to the 2025–26 Board of Directors for the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA).

PBSA represents over 750 member companies worldwide across the employment and tenant background screening industries. Its mission is to advance ethics, standards, and innovation, ensuring excellence and trust in global screening practices. Marc’s appointment underscores both his personal leadership in the field and WFQA’s commitment to compliance and workforce safety.

Marc brings more than 20 years of experience in the background screening industry. He holds an FCRA Advanced Certification, is a Board-Certified Cyber Intelligence Professional (CCIP), and is a licensed private investigator in the State of Pennsylvania. Marc also serves as Chair of PBSA’s Background Screening Credentialing Council (BSCC), the governing body for the Background Screening Agency Accreditation Program (BSAAP). His contributions to the industry extend further through service on the Board of Directors for the Pennsylvania Association of Licensed Investigators (PALI).

Marc’s expertise, combined with WFQA’s secure, SOC 2 Type II certified system and integrations with leading ATS/HRIS platforms, ensures that employers can navigate complex workforce screening compliance requirements with confidence.
