WorkforceQA’s TRAQ platform continues to evolve, helping employers strengthen compliance and improve the employee testing experience. With our latest update to the TRAQ platform, we’re excited to introduce the Collection Site Feedback tab — a new way for clients to enter, view and track feedback about the clinics and collection sites their employees visit — giving clients greater visibility into how collection sites perform across our nationwide network.


What Is the Collection Site Feedback Tab?

The Collection Site Feedback tab centralizes client input and performance data for each site in our nationwide network. The new tab in the TRAQ platform centralizes client feedback and site performance details in one place. This allows employers and Designated Employer Representatives (DERs) to quickly see:

  • Which drug and alcohol testing clinics are excelling.
  • Where collection site issues have been identified.
  • How WorkforceQA is addressing feedback to improve quality.

Why Collection Site Feedback Matters

Employers rely on a consistent and professional testing process to ensure compliance and safety. The Collection Site Feedback tab makes this easier by providing:

  • Transparency – Clients can track site performance directly in TRAQ.

  • Efficiency is Key: Faster check-in processes and electronic Chain of Custody Forms (eCCF) were consistently noted as making a big difference in reducing downtime.

What We’re Doing About It

  • Performance Tracking: With TRAQ, client feedback is logged, monitored, and connected to site performance metrics. Sites consistently flagged for issues are reviewed for remediation or replacement in the network.
  • Expanding Coverage: We are actively expanding our partnerships to increase availability in high-demand regions and reduce the need for long travel times.
  • Training & Quality Assurance: Partner sites identified for service gaps are provided additional training and performance reviews to ensure they meet WFQA’s standards.
  • Client Visibility: Through TRAQ, clients can see updates on site performance, giving them transparency into where strengths and challenges exist.
