Mike has been one of the integral leaders of WorkforceQA since 2002. He has worked in various leadership positions during that time which has helped him gain a vast amount of experience and knowledge in many aspects of the drug testing industry. Mike’s expertise stems from years of work with on-site collection management, client relations, quality control, random pool management, audit support, and all the knowledge gleaned from working directly with our MRO team for over 20 years.
Mike has helped many companies develop and implement their drug testing programs. Mike uses his knowledge of the FMCSA, PHMSA, FTA, and FAA drug and alcohol testing regulations to help companies maintain their compliance. It has been Mike’s operational leadership that has helped lead to WorkforceQA’s growth and stability in the marketplace.
Marc Bourne, VSM, CCIP
Vice President, Background Screening Services
Marc has over 20 years of experience in the background screening industry, holds an FCRA Advanced Certification and is a Board-Certified Cyber Intelligence Professional (CCIP). He is also a nationally recognized private investigator licensed in the State of Pennsylvania and a member of The Vidocq Society, an organization that provides pro bono assistance to the law enforcement community in solving cold cases.
With his extensive knowledge and expertise in FCRA Compliance, Background Checks, and Employment Screening, Marc is an established subject matter expert in the field. He is a founding member of the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA) and currently serves as Chair Elect of the Background Screening Credentialing Council (BSCC), the governing body for the Background Screening Agency Accreditation Program. Marc also serves on the Board of Directors for the Pennsylvania Association of Licensed Investigators (PALI).
