Grady Phillips

Grady Phillips is the Chief Revenue Officer at WorkforceQA. He served as the President of Corporate Medical Services (CMS) from 2012 until 2023, when he joined the WorkforceQA team. With over 20 years of experience in the drug and alcohol industry, Grady has established himself as a leading expert and speaker on topics such as drug testing, DOT physicals, and sleep apnea. He graduated from Tennessee Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering. Additionally, he is a licensed Professional Engineer and Land Surveyor in the State of Tennessee. Prior to his current role, Grady worked as a bridge design and construction engineer for the Tennessee Department of Transportation.

Devin Eakes, Jr.

Devin Eakes, Jr. is the Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse Program Manager at the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. Devin Eakes Jr. began his career with FMCSA in 2005, shortly after graduating from the College of Charleston. During his time with FMCSA, Devin has served as a Safety Investigator, an Enforcement Program Specialist, and currently as the agency’s Clearinghouse Program Manager. Prior to serving in his current role, Devin was Chairman of FMCSA’s Drug and Alcohol Technical Advisory Group, a group of subject matter experts whose primary goal is to serve and educate stakeholders. In addition to a bachelor’s degree with a focus in Global Logistics and Intermodal Transportation, Devin also holds an MBA from the University of South Carolina.

Tim Kordula is the Vice President of Risk Management at Skinner Transfer. Kordula has over 25 years of experience in the transportation industry, including in several leadership roles related to safety. Tim is an industry leader when it comes to research and advocacy. He serves as the Chairman of the Wisconsin Motor Carrier Legislative Committee, is a regular participant in CVTA’s advocacy activities through the annual CVTA Hill Day, and sits on the 2025-2026 Research Advisory Committee for the American Transportation Research Institute.
