Webinar: Changes to New York Department of Labor Guidance on Adult Use of Cannabis in the Workplace

The New York Department of Labor issued guidance for employers related to adult-use cannabis authorized by the NY Marijuana Regulation and Taxation Act (MRTA) which was effective March 31, 2021. The MRTA amended NY Labor Law Section 201-D to clarify that cannabis used in accordance with NY law is a legal consumable product.
