As Vice President of Customer Service, Tammy Bogle has been a key contributor at WorkforceQA since December 2002. With 24 years of experience in customer service, drug and alcohol compliance, and background checks, Tammy oversees diverse teams responsible for customer support, post-accident coordination, background screening, and client onboarding.

Her leadership is defined by a commitment to operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and a client-first approach. Under her guidance, WorkforceQA’s TPA operations deliver accurate, timely, and compliant results that support clients across a wide range of industries.

Before joining WorkforceQA, Tammy built her career at J.B. Hunt as a Customer Service Trainer and Driver Hiring Manager. There, she oversaw background investigations, motor vehicle reports, and criminal record reviews for new drivers, while training teams to maintain high standards of accuracy and service.

Tammy’s deep industry knowledge, hands-on leadership style, and dedication to continuous improvement have made her an integral part of WorkforceQA’s growth and client success.
