With more than 20 years of experience in workplace screening, drug and alcohol testing, background screening, and occupational health program management, Mike brings deep industry expertise and strategic leadership to one of the nation’s leading compliance solution providers.
Mike is widely recognized for his expertise in designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive workplace screening programs, including in federally regulated and non-regulated environments. His experience spans drug and alcohol testing operations, background screening strategies, occupational health services, and integrated compliance program management across diverse industries.
A subject matter expert in U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, Mike has extensive knowledge of FMCSA, PHMSA, FTA, and FAA requirements. He has advised organizations nationwide on regulatory compliance, audit readiness, risk mitigation, and policy development—ensuring alignment with evolving federal mandates while maintaining operational efficiency and safety.
Throughout his tenure, Mike has led large-scale initiatives across nationwide collection networks, quality assurance programs, client service delivery, and regulatory compliance operations. His close collaboration with leading Medical Review Officers (MROs) further reflects his depth of expertise in the clinical and regulatory aspects of drug and alcohol testing.
