Founder of Workforce QA and FormFox, Inc., Eric first became involved in the drug testing industry in 1987, starting his career in sales and marketing with one of the nation’s largest forensic laboratories. The rapidly growing popularity of drug testing allowed Eric to be involved in the initiation of many large testing programs for large employers. The simultaneous proliferation of desktop computing and federal drug testing rules motivated Eric to leave the laboratory business and start Compliance Information Systems, later known as FormFox, in 1993. Eric’s ideas and leadership established FormFox as the industry’s leading provider of data management solutions, from secure transmission of test results to electronic chain of custody. Over the course of his career, Eric has greatly influenced the use of information technology to improve processes and outcomes for both employers and service providers. Eric has also been instrumental in driving changes in federal regulations to allow digital workflows that improve on legacy paper-based processes.
In 2013, Eric architected a plan to grow WorkforceQA by bringing together leading providers in trucking, aviation, and medical review. WorkforceQA is now a compliance powerhouse, with unparalleled expertise and capabilities for management of drug testing and safety programs. Eric stepped down as CEO of FormFox in 2018 in order to dedicate more time to guiding the growth and development of WorkforceQA.
Eric Quilter will transition to the role of Executive Chairman, where he will focus on advancing the company’s strategic technology and growth initiatives.
