Pay Range: start at $15 – 16
Employee screening provider WorkforceQA (WFQA) seeks a Customer Service Representative in our Customer Service Department to assist our customers with obtaining drug screen results in a timely manner while keeping in compliance with DOT Regulations. We are seeking someone who is self-motivated, has strong customer service with strong attention to detail, and who is enthusiastic to work in a customer-centric environment. The Client Services Representative will communicate effectively and professionally with customers via written and verbal communication.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Processing and monitoring of Image chain of custodies and Image breath alcohol tests.
  • Input Breath Alcohol Test results into database.
  • Request missing chain of custodies.
  • Check on drug screen results with labs.
  • Match up drug screen results with matching test requests.
  • Request test requests for results.
  • Perform account changes.
  • Create and follow up on required affidavits.
  • Follow up with all drug screens until completed.
  • Check on no shows and alert customer of no shows.
  • Answer incoming phone calls.
  • Talk and assist all customers either via phone call or email.
  • Correct/upload/spin random reports.
  • Meeting clear set ongoing goals
  • Perform other duties and related functions as needed or assigned
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience working in an office environment
  • Work from home job experience is preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Strong knowledge and use of computer programs (navigating internet, outlook, excel, word, etc.)
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently
  • Ability to listen to feedback and self-correct/adjust as necessary
  • Positive and friendly attitude and ability to work in a team environment
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong phone etiquette and professionalism
  • Expected to be at work on time and maintain a regular work schedule
  • High School Degree or GED required

Position Overview
The Billing Manager will oversee all billing operations, lead a team of billing specialists, and ensure that our processes are accurate, efficient, and client-focused. This role is ideal for someone who is ready to step into leadership, contribute to meaningful process improvements, and position themselves for future advancement within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
• Provide day-to-day guidance, training, and mentorship to billing specialists
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment
Billing Operations Management
• Oversee invoice preparation, accuracy, compliance, and payment tracking
• Maintain consistent, reliable billing workflows aligned with company standards
Client Relationship Support
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for client billing inquiries
• Address and resolve discrepancies in a timely and professional manner
Process Optimization
• Identify opportunities to improve billing efficiency and accuracy
• Implement best practices and support continuous improvement initiatives
Reporting & Insights
• Prepare and analyze billing reports for internal stakeholders
• Provide data-driven insights to help inform financial and operational decisions
Department Planning Support
• Assist with the development and oversight of the billing department budget
• Contribute to strategic planning as the company grows
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field – or equivalent experience
• 2-3+ years of billing or related finance experience
• Demonstrated leadership or team development experience
• Strong understanding of billing processes and key accounting principles
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Excel
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
