Client Services Representative
Locations: Remote/work from home, in our GEO Approved locations:

Pay Range: start at $15 – 16
Employee screening provider WorkforceQA (WFQA) seeks a Customer Service Representative in our Customer Service Department to assist our customers with obtaining drug screen results in a timely manner while keeping in compliance with DOT Regulations. We are seeking someone who is self-motivated, has strong customer service with strong attention to detail, and who is enthusiastic to work in a customer-centric environment. The Client Services Representative will communicate effectively and professionally with customers via written and verbal communication.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Processing and monitoring of Image chain of custodies and Image breath alcohol tests.
  • Input Breath Alcohol Test results into database.
  • Request missing chain of custodies.
  • Check on drug screen results with labs.
  • Match up drug screen results with matching test requests.
  • Request test requests for results.
  • Perform account changes.
  • Create and follow up on required affidavits.
  • Follow up with all drug screens until completed.
  • Check on no shows and alert customer of no shows.
  • Answer incoming phone calls.
  • Talk and assist all customers either via phone call or email.
  • Correct/upload/spin random reports.
  • Meeting clear set ongoing goals
  • Perform other duties and related functions as needed or assigned
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience working in an office environment
  • Work from home job experience is preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Strong knowledge and use of computer programs (navigating internet, outlook, excel, word, etc.)
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently
  • Ability to listen to feedback and self-correct/adjust as necessary
  • Positive and friendly attitude and ability to work in a team environment
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong phone etiquette and professionalism
  • Expected to be at work on time and maintain a regular work schedule
  • High School Degree or GED required

Employee screening provider WorkforceQA (WFQA) seeks a Training & Compliance Support Specialist in our Training & Compliance Department. This position is responsible for managing client accounts on WorkforceQA’s Visify training platform, overseeing Driver Qualification Files (DQF) and Employee File Management (EFM) through Visifyle, and providing operational support to the Background Screening department. The role ensures regulatory compliance, efficient service delivery, and high levels of client satisfaction across multiple product lines.
We are seeking someone who is self-motivated, has strong customer service with strong attention to detail, and who is enthusiastic to work in a customer-centric environment. The Training & Compliance Support Specialist will communicate effectively and professionally with both internal and external customers, clients, and team members via written and verbal communication.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Visify Online Training – Client Support & Account Management
  • Provide ongoing platform support by responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and fulfilling service requests.
  • Generate internal and client-facing reports as needed.
  • Maintain and update client databases, verifying functionality and accuracy.
  • Set up client structures, user accounts, and course enrollments during onboarding.
  • Deliver client training on navigating the Visify platform.
  • Maintain and manage client user rosters.
  • Assist Business Development with demonstrations of web-based solutions and setup of trial accounts.
2. Visifyle DQF/EFM – Compliance Management
  • Onboard and train new clients on the Visifyle compliance platform.
  • Coordinate daily document management and ensure accuracy of client compliance files.
  • Review compliance-related documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Work collaboratively with the Compliance Team to ensure adherence to current regulations.
  • Provide timely resolutions to client questions and platform issues.

3. Background Screening Operations Support

  • Support background screening activities during high-volume periods or as assigned.
  • Assist in client account setup and manage screening orders within the system.
  • Participate in cross-training to build working knowledge of screening processes.
  • Provide overflow and backup support to meet turnaround times for client reports.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and file management.
  • Timely completion of daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Responsiveness to client inquiries.
  • Efficiency in onboarding and setting up new client accounts.
  • Positive client feedback and overall satisfaction with service.
Job Requirements
Professional Experience
  • Experience in account management, compliance administration, or related support roles.
  • Familiarity with online training platforms, compliance systems, or background screening is a plus.
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Skills and Competencies
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple systems, platforms, and departments.
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency.
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to support colleagues outside of primary duties.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based platforms.
