Employers subject to DOT drug testing regulations may be required to submit their annual MIS report. Generating and downloading your MIS Report is easy in TRAQ. Follow the steps below:
After logging in, on the TRAQ main menu click the Mis Report button.
Typically, the MIS Report is generated for your entire company’s testing program (All Locations), however, you can generate the report by company location by selecting the location in the dropdown.
The MIS Report is for DOT testing programs, however, you can also generate the report for Non-DOT testing for your own internal reporting purposes. Select DOT or Non-DOT. If DOT is selected, you will then have the option to select your testing authority.
Select the desired date change of rest results and click Download MIS Report.
