Marsha VandeHei, is Vice President of Business Development at WorkforceQA. She began her career at Schneider, serving in various capacities, including Regulatory Compliance, Operations, Purchasing, Fleet Services, and Customer Service. After her twenty-one-year career at Schneider, she joined FirstLab (now Vault Health) as General Manager with a primary focus on growing the Occupational Health sector.  Marsha served in that capacity for four years, then joined Affinity Empowering to lead the effort of entrance into the Workplace market offering drug and alcohol testing and occupational health services.  She is an active member of the transportation community, having served on various Advisory Committees and Boards, including the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance (CVSA) and the American Trucking Association (ATA). She received her B.S. from the University Wisconsin – Green Bay in Political Science and Public Administration.
